Terms of sale These terms apply to orders placed on this website with Getmaksolutions Limited, trading as Rezi Domestics ("we"), company number 13567768, VAT number 425474296, of 8 Manser Road, Rainham, RM13 8NL. Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it by email. We check availability before anything is reserved; if we cannot supply an item, we will tell you and you will not be charged. Prices include VAT where we charge it. Any delivery or installation charge is shown or confirmed before you pay. Items may be sold new, graded or refurbished. The condition of each item is stated on its listing, and graded or refurbished items may have cosmetic marks as described. We deliver to the address you give us. The delivery area and date are agreed with you when we confirm your order. If something is out of stock after you order, we will tell you and refund anything you paid. Where you book installation, please make sure the space, connections and access are suitable. We will tell you before the visit if anything else is needed. You can cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods — see our returns and cancellations policy.
